Membership : Background

Here is some background information regarding membership of Tipton Harriers. More formal details may be found in the Club Constitution.
  • Membership of the club is by annual subscription.
  • Application for membership must be made in writing, with the appropriate fee, on the official membership application form.
  • The membership year runs from 1st April through to 31st March the following year.
  • Subscriptions are due on 1st April.
  • Anyone who has not renewed by 31st July of the current membership year will be deemed to have lapsed their membership and shall not be registered with England Athletics.
  • The types of membership and cost of subscriptions are decided by the Executive Committee.
  • Subscriptions costs are reviewed annually and any proposed revisions should, according to the Constitution, be published by 1st March (prior to the new membership year starting on 1st April) and should be posted on club noticeboard, on the club website, and circulated by any electronic means available.
