Charity helps out Luke Spiers

16 year old Luke Spiers who is aiming to make London 2012 Paralympics team in the 100m and 200m,  has received a boost from Trelawny Overseas Relief Association, whose volunteers held a fundraising cultural day on march 21st to help Luke raise around  £8000 towards achieving his goal.

Luke has Asbergers Syndrome and lives in Bentley, Walsall.  He is currently training with the GB squad and is due to fly to France and Czech Republic to represent GB.

Luke had a press release in the Express and Star on Thursday March 21st.
