Boxing Day Handicap

This year saw around 30 runners aof all ages head for the club's traditional seasonal handicap. This was the first year for two new trophies to be awarded, kindly donated from a legacy left to the club by the late Joe Gripton.
Ron Bentley, our President, explained that Joe's family had decided that they would be awarded to different categories each year. This year it was to the two oldest participants. Ron also reports that Steve Brooks and Kate Williams set the fastest times. More information awaited from Jeff Taylor.
