Bath Half Marathon (11/03/2012)

Today's Bath Half Marathon was staged in mild sunny still Spring conditions. Martin Williams was our first runner home in 10th spot with 67m 39s. Malcolm Eustace, on his first visit ever to Bath, was 65th in 1hr 15m 34s and looks as if he may have been 1st M50 subject to confirmation, justifying his "elite" entry. Phil Nicholls did start the race but sadly pulled out around the 10Km mark with what may be a calf problem. The race was won by Kenyan Edwin Kiptoo in 1h 2m 01s which was a new course record.
