Update (14/10/2012) - Don't forget this meeting on Tuesday night. Make sure if you want "your say" to be heard on how the club is to be run then please attend and show your support and air your views.

The above will take place on Tuesday 16th October 2012 in the Social Club with an 8pm prompt start.

If anyone would like to apply for any of the positions on the Executive Committee nominations must be given to the Secretary by October 2nd 2012 in writing with the name of the nominee. a proposer and seconder. Listed below are the positions on the committee

PRESIDENT, DEVELOPMENT COORDINATOR, GENERAL SECRETARY, ASSISTANT SECRETARY, TREASURER, ASSISTANT TREASURER, COACHING COORDINATOR, RECEPTION COORDINATOR, SCHOOLS LIAISON COORDINATOR, SAFEGUARDING OFFICER, COMMUNICATIONS OFFICER.

SOCIAL SECRETARY, SPONSORSHIP COORDINATOR, CLUB CAPTAINS, MEMBERSHIP SECRETARY, MEMBERSHIP COMMITTEE, TRACK+FIELD DELEGATES, ROAD+X/C DELEGATES, PARENTS REPRESENTATIVES.

If anyone has any issues to be discussed at the A.G.M these must also be submitted in writing and given to the Secretary by October 2nd 2012.
