With the clocks going foward and the evenings staying light, the midweek races are back. Wednesday saw Tipton runners at the Cheshire Spring 5 and the first of the Telford Sexarathon Series at Lilleshall.

Also an update from last weekend's Manchester Marathon where Adam Hancocks made his debut over the distance finishing in 251st place, clocking 2:57:07
